The notification for these positions was published on December 31, 2025, after a short notice was published earlier.Number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, and application periodThere are a total of 32,679 vacancies for candidates who have passed Class 12. The age criteria for male candidates is between 18 to 28 years, while for female candidates, the age criteria is between 18 to 31 years. Candidates were allowed to submit applications online within the prescribed window, along with a facility for form correction.The application fee was fixed at Rs. 500 for General, OBC and EWS categories, and Rs. 400 for SC, ST and female candidates, payable online only.

Selection process and written examination patternThe selection process includes a written examination, followed by physical standards and efficiency tests, document verification and a medical examination. The written test consists of 150 objective type questions worth 300 marks, including General Hindi, General Knowledge, Numerical and Mental Ability, and Mental Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The duration of the test is 150 minutes, with negative marking.
