The project, which went into production last year, has reportedly completed around 50% of its shoot, with Vicky Kaushal now gearing up for an exciting face-off with Ranbir. The recent spotting sparked speculation that something might just be brewing. Some fans guessed, “cooking up something cinematic?”Others predicted poster launch or some promotional material getting ready for release, saying, “Something is loading.”

Priyanka Chopra Joining The Film?

Meanwhile, recent news reports put the film in the spotlight after it was reported that actress Priyanka Chopra could just be making a surprise cameo in the film. Although unconfirmed, the reports had fans buzzing about the possible reunion after their work together on ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Other unconfirmed reports also tease a possible appearance of Deepika Padukone in the film. While some even claim she will have a prominent role, the reports have not yet been confirmed.

Release Date

‘Love and War’, is said to revolve around a love triangle between Ranbir, Alia, and Vicky’s characters, amidst a complex war setting. The film was originally announced for Christmas 2025, release; however, it was later postponed to March 20, 2026.
