HURL recruitment 2025: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL), a joint venture of five major public sector entities — Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Coal India Limited (CIL), Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) — has rolled out a comprehensive recruitment drive for technical and executive positions across its three operational fertilizer complexes in Gorakhpur, Sindri, and Barauni.As per Advertisement No. E/03/2025 dated July 22, the online application process began on July 22, 2025, and will remain open till August 12, 2025 (5:00 PM). HURL recruitment 2025: Selection process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo one or more of the following: written test, group discussion, personal interview, or skill assessment, depending on the volume of applicants and post applied for.
- Regular appointments: Candidates will be placed on a one-year probation period.
- FTC appointments: Initial tenure of 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance. FTC posts do not lead to permanent absorption.
HURL retains the right to post selected candidates at any of its three manufacturing sites based on operational needs.
