FMGE December 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released an official notice regarding the distribution of pass certificates for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2025 session.Candidates who qualified the FMGE December 2025 examination can collect their pass certificates in person, according to the schedule now announced by NBEMS.
Who can collect the FMGE pass certificate?
Only candidates who qualified the FMGE December 2025 session are eligible to receive the pass certificate.Read the official notice available here.
Mode of certificate distribution
The FMGE pass certificates will be issued only in person. Certificates will not be sent by post or handed over to any authorised representative.Certificate distribution schedule and venue
- Dates: From 23 January 2026 to 14 April 2026
- Days: Monday to Friday (except holidays)
- Time: As per the time slot assigned to each candidate
- Venue: NBEMS;

Candidates must report strictly according to the allotted date and time to avoid crowding.
Documents required at the time of collection
Candidates must carry original documents as prescribed in the information bulletin. Identity verification will be done, including biometric or face identification.Candidates will also be required to bring a duly filled self-declaration form. The entry slip for certificate collection must be downloaded and printed in advance.Important instructions for candidates
- Certificates will be issued only after verification of original documents
- No certificate will be issued to authorised representatives
- Candidates must carefully read and fill the self-declaration form before arriving
- Travel arrangements should be planned in advance, keeping identity verification in mind
Change in allotted date or time
Candidates cannot collect the certificate on any other day or time without prior approval.If a candidate needs a change in the schedule, a request must be submitted through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal by April 14, 2026.
Last date to collect the FMGE pass certificate
Candidates must collect their certificate within six months from the date of declaration of results, that is on or before 9 July 2026.Failure to collect the certificate within the prescribed time may result in cancellation of candidature.For any questions related to FMGE certificate distribution, candidates are advised to contact NBEMS through its official Communication Web Portal.
