‘Saiyaara’ has taken the box office by storm. As fans flocked to theatres to watch the Mohit Suri-directed romantic drama, a special screening of the film was held at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Friday, and it saw several Bollywood stars in attendance. Leading man Ahaan Panday was spotted outside the venue, looking excited for the big night. He was joined by his family, Ananya Panday, Chunky Panday, his father Chikki Panday, and mother Deanne Panday. Celebrities like Bobby Deol, Manushi Chhillar, Disha Patani, and Alizeh Agnihotri also showed up to offer their support.
‘Saiyaara’ Success Celebrated with Star-Studded Screening
The event was held to celebrate the positive response. According to reports, the film was set to make a splash at the box office, recording an estimated Rs 9 crore haul in advance ticket sales. With blocked seats, the total rose to an estimated Rs 12 crore. However, going by the box office collections, the film shot past expectations, to earn an estimated Rs 20 crore. With this, the film managed to raise the benchmark for movies featuring debutants.
