Mohanlal’s pan-Indian film ‘Vrusshabha’ has finally released in theatres. The film arrived with high expectations. Soon after the first shows, Twitter was filled with reactions. Some viewers praised the film and Mohanlal’s performance. Some others strongly criticised the film.
Strong negative reactions from some viewers
A section of viewers did not like the film at all. One Twitter user wrote, “#Vrusshabha: Worse than Barroz! ABSOLUTE CRAP!.” Another one said, “#Vrusshabha It’s high time @Mohanlal to stop committing such crap OL films.” One more harsh comment read, “A worst director can provide worst performance to a good actor..” Another viewer from the US shared, “Watched #Vrusshabha today in US. Only 3 people in theater. What a horrendous movie… every scene is cringe. The VFX looks so bad and the BGM is so loud. Worst story and dead screenplay. Worse than Barroz! CRAP! 0.15/5.”

‘Vrusshabha’ is written and directed by Nanda Kishore. The film stars Mohanlal in the title role. He plays a dual role in the movie. One character is Raja Vijayendra Vrusshabha, a king. The other is Aadi Deva Varma, a businessman. The film also stars Samarjit Lankesh, Nayan Sarika, Ragini Dwivedi, Ajay, and Neha Saxena.
