Eligibility criteria
- Education Qualification: Candidates must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Some posts may require subject-specific degrees.

- OBC/BC (Male & Female): Up to 40 years
- General (Female): Up to 40 years

Selection process
The selection process for BSSC CGL 2025 will be conducted in three stages. First, a Preliminary Examination will be held, but only if the number of applicants exceeds 40,000. This exam will be objective in nature and will serve as a screening stage to shortlist candidates for the next round.Those who qualify in the prelims will move on to the Mains Examination, which will be more detailed and subject-specific. Finally, candidates who clear the mains will be called for Document Verification, where their original certificates and eligibility claims will be thoroughly checked.
