The Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET) 2026 registration has started. Candidates who wish to pursue a 2-year B.Ed course in Telangana can apply online from February 23, 2026. The last date to apply without a late fee is April 15, 2026. The entrance exam will be conducted on May 12, 2026, in computer-based mode. This test is for admission to B.Ed colleges across Telangana under the supervision of Kakatiya University. About TS EDCET exam 2026
The TS EDCET 2026 exam will be conducted on 12 May 2026 (Tuesday) in computer-based mode. The test will be held in two shifts: the morning shift from 10 AM to 12 PM and the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 4 PM. The exam will last 2 hours and will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions. The questions will cover teaching aptitude, English, general knowledge, computer awareness, and content from the Telangana State syllabus up to Class 10. Candidates are advised to carefully prepare each section to score well and secure admission to B.Ed colleges across Telangana.
